Our put-in date was May 8th and took place at Sand Wash. That location is just within the territory of the Desolation Canyon area , a section of the Green river in Utah. During the trip cooking crews took care of the food. The Dutch purchased the food and did 2 cooking sessions each. Our shopping list showed to be very accurate. It may be a guideline for a 6 day trip with 8 people. The following cooking crews were responsible for Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch:
